Dear Residents, Family, Responsible Parties, and Staff Members

As always Victorian Post Acute’s primary concern is the health and well-being of our residents and staff. In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have enhanced our infection control protocols in a number of ways consistent with guidance provided by the CDC, CMS, CDPH and other federal, state and local healthcare authorities. We continue to screen employees and residents for symptoms and high temperatures.

We are happy to announce that all COVID test results for staff and residents are all Nagative for this weeks testing. Additionally, there have been some changes to the state regulations regarding the visitation of residents in skilled nursing facilities. As of 8/11/21, all visitors visiting residents in a skilled nursing facility will need to show proof of being fully vaccinated or proof of a negative COVID test within 72 hours. Please be able and willing to provide this proof upon your visitation day. We understand that this may be an imposition to some and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

We remain in constent communication with local and state health authorities regarding the COVID pandemic. We will adhere to the guidance they have provided to us in order to limit risk to our residents and employees. We will continue to monitor the health of residents and staff, for their own well-being and for the well-being of others in our facility. We will keep you updated if and when things change to the COVID status of Victorian Post Acute to keep everyone as imformed as possible. Our most current COVID-19 status will be posted on our Website: If we do have a positive case in our facility, you will get a recorded call from me personally.

If you have any further questions you can reach out to me personally and I would be happy to assist you. We appreciate your patience with us and the extraordinary staff working tirelessly during this challenging time.
