Dear Residents, Family, Responsible Parties, and Staff Members

As always Victorian Post Acute’s primary concern is the health and well-being of our residents and staff. In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have enhanced our infection control protocols in a number of ways consistent with guidance provided by the CDC, CMS, CDPH and other federal, state and local healthcare authorities. We continue to screen employees and residents for symptoms and high temperatures.

Unfortunately we learned that one staff member tested positive. This staff member is self isolating at home and any potential resident that may have been exposed is being monitored and tested guidance from the SFDPH.

We remain in communication with local and state health authorities regarding the COVID pandemic. We will adhere to the guidance they have provided to us in order to limit risk to our residents and employees. We will continue to monitor the health of residents and staff, for their own well-being and for the well-being of others in our facility. We will keep you updated if and when things change to the COVID status of Victorian Post Acute to keep everyone as informed as possible.

If you have any further questions you can reach out to me personally and I would be happy to assist you. We appreciate your patience with us and the extraordinary staff working tirelessly during this challenging time.

Matt Russell
